Ultrasone have expanded their top of the range Edition line with the release of the Edition 9 headphones. These limited edition headphones are intended for true audiophiles and come with a $1500 price tag to prove it.
Coming in a metal attaché case, the headphone pads and headband are made of Ethiopian sheep leather (I’m not really sure if that’s a good thing) which is complemented by the polished chrome on the earpieces.
As well as the flashy looks, the headphones also have flashy sound technology. The Edition 9’s incorporate Ultrasone’s S-Logic technology which creates a surround sound effect from just two speakers.
Even better, these headphones also reduce electromagnetic field radiation (believed to cause cancer) to your head by up to 98%.
